eMillionaire/EZ Net Income Program Experience – Mail Call & Cancelling Fiasco
This is my second last post and I never hinted prior to this, as to whether or not I received any product in the mail. Well, as it turns out I sent another email to EZ Net Income inquiring about this:
“I registered for the Google Cash product through a face Book Advert on March 5 and I believe I was paying for a product to to be shipped to me. Is there a hard copy of the product being mailed as per the following message I recieved?
“Your Google Money System should arrive in the next 10 business days”
Thank you for clarifying what was meant by the term “Shipping & Handling”

eMillionaire Mailed CD 1
Wow…this CD only took two emails and just under 2 months to arrive. If you recall, it was supposed to arrive in 10 business days. I would have given eMillionaire slack for another week seeing as I’m in Canada…but really…it was very late. But hey, I did get it and it did only cost me $1.95. So I can’t complain too loudly.

eMillionaire Mailed CD 2
So I bet you’re wondering what was on the CD? To be honest…not much. It’s a couple of interviews Brock did about pretty much the same stuff covered online, albeit light and fluffy. To be honest, the online material was far more valuable than the CD.
The only additional piece of information on the CD that was not covered by the online program, was how Brock sells his client-list to another organization (CPIplay.com), so that they can continue to up-sell to his clients. Of course, this topic was presented as another way that I, the owner of a web page containing an opt-in page, could make additional money. However, this may also explain why not long after cancelling my access to the eMillionaire/EZ Net Income online program I had a second charge on my credit card of the same amount under a different name.
I tried contacting eMillionaire about the second charge, but got email replies giving me the run around. But when I called the phone number on the transaction line item on my credit card statement, the company that answered was very helpful (i.e. the same company my contact information was “sold” to). This company confirmed the charge was for the same product and immediately cancelled the charge, and they gave me a confirmation number as well as an apology; all the while I was still receiving the run around from eMillionaire who denied that Iwas entitled to a refund, even though the other company clearly saw the error and reversed it!
Needless to say…not a great way of ending this experience. Following is the final email I sent to eMillionaire’s support email address. I also went one step further – I posted it to Brock Felt himself via his Facebook page!
“I called the other 1-800 provided on my credit card and they confirmed it was this (eMillionaire) product for the new charge. I have confirmed with CPI Play a credit will be made to my account and I have recieved the transaction #.
DO NOT FORWARD MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER BILLING AGENCY AND DISCONTINUE USE OF IT.
The fact that the first charge showed as EMILLIONAIRE 8003096980 was appropriate but to have my credit card billed using another organziation (CPIplay.com/n-remedies 866-834-6878 which I recognized as one of Brock’ other associated companies) after my confirmed cancellation, which confirmed the charge was for the same product, leads me to question the intention of the eMillionaire organization. I beleive eMillionaire/Google Cash already has enough public relation issues as it is. It’s unfortunate as the product itself has merit. However, the actions around eMillionaire tarnishes the message and the reputation of the product, the owner and any one’s name associated with it.
The worst thing an organziation can do in my mind is to take action that causes their own customers to distrust them. The actions taken with my credit card has lead me down this path.
PS Please pass this quote to your supervisors or Brock himself. “Every act has meaning…’accident’ is a word born of confusion…accident is a way to lay down the responsiblity of your action and ask another to pick it up for you.”
CC’d to Brock Felt Facebook contact info as well.
Believe it or not, not even 5 minutes later, this is what I received:
“This message is to notify your that a ticket has been closed”
Yea, I left the message on Facebook. It was obviously a losing battle with whomever (if any living person existed) was on the other side. “Dear Valued Customer” my $%@!. And to answer your other question, no I never did hear from Brock himself with the same message left on his Facebook account.
But I thought this quote from Lynn V. Andrews wasn’t too far off, “Every act has meaning…”accident” is a word born of confusion…accident is a way to lay down the responsibility for your action and ask another to pick it up for you.”
Well, I have one more post to summarize this whole thing up before signing off on this topic. But I would like to remind our readers that the product itself, EZ Net Income online material and what I learned from the material was a valuable experience in itself. It’s just sad that my “Customer Service” experience was tarnished. As a result I won’t be inclined to buy any other product from Brock Felt or anyone promoting him. With that said, yes a few of those names mentioned in the email are on my spam list now and are no longer acceptable gurus for me. That’s a personal choice and one I’ve made.
With that said, one final post to go in this series.
Tatiana
P.S. By the way, since sending that final email to eMillionaire and having CPIplay.com do the final cancellation I have not received another incorrect charge. Yes!
