So here’s something you can try.

Under the WordPress Settings area, select Kontera Settings. There is an option to “Block ContentLink From Pages”. In the textbox, simply enter the Page ID of your Home page.

I’m having issues with Kontera as well. I have it set to only show up in posts, but it is showing on my homepage, as well as in my header. I’m not sure how to restrict it any more clearly. Any thoughts?
