A Facebook Advertising Experience – Post 08

eMillionaire/EZ Net Income Program Experience – Module 3

I’m halfway through the 6 modules I saw available on the site. Unfortunately, in Module 3, there was some duplication from the tutorial videos I reviewed earlier on. However, the 45 minute video did provide some new information for me.

The video was primarily about selling products themselves, and health products were the main examples. One specific CPA Network, Marketing Health, was highlighted in the video because it has a very valuable product for being part of their network of the same name, Marketing Health. If I was to promote their products I would be able to work with Marketing Health to create landing pages that have my brand and related information and links. This would be a great visual as it would show as one continuous brand.

Another gem shared while I watched the video was from Wes, the Adwords tutorial creator. During the video Brock expressed the concern that search engines consider content from private label sources posted on a site as duplicate and then penalize such sites with lower page ranking or ban the sites all together. Wes, who identified himself during the video as a Google Adwords and SEO expert, said the rumours weren’t true. The penalizing occurs if content is duplicated within a site; not if two or more unrelated sites contain the same content. Phew! I was happy to hear this as I am still very interested in Private Label Content to help supplement my sites.

Some of the other suggestions made by Brock and the team were:

  • Make sure your site is set up and looks like a quality legitimate site before going to a Network.
  • Sign up as a publisher when going to Networks.
  • Budget at least $200 for advertising to start.
  • One suggested payment gateway tool was www.oneshoppingcart.com.

Now I’m moving on to Module 4.

Cheers

Tatiana

P.S. Does anyone have other hints to add in regards to dealing with Affiliate Networks? How about budgets that have worked for you in regards to Adwords and other internet marketing approaches? And finally, what shopping cart tools have you had success with?
